The burgers were average. Small, over cooked and very greasy. The hotter than hell fries were just inedible, too spicy but without any flavour. £100 for 3 average burgers and 3 drinks is just too much.

All things considered, the experience was okay. They seemed either understaffed or there was only one person who knew how to seat tables. When we arrived, we had to wait a good 5 minutes before someone came to take us to our table, as did a few other people who were queuing up outside. There was a few waitresses just waiting for the chefs to finish cooking rather than seating people. The food was very good (minus the wings, chose a sauce I didn't like but that was my fault.) However they forgot to add the wings to our order, but was given for free as an apology. Overall definitely could be better, but it was nice for what it was. Might go back if it improves, and hopefully the head waiter who seated us has a good career as he was very good.

In hindsight, we should have read the review summary before walking the length of Princes Street to visit this outlet. Despite it being the evening rush hour, only one other table was occupied. We ordered a round of Peroni—so far the most expensive we've had in Edinburgh—along with our meals: two beef burgers and two chicken burgers. My burger was decent, though the fries were quite good. However, according to the two family members who ordered them, the chicken burgers were among the worst they've had in a long time—just a bland piece of chicken breast. My wife barely ate hers. The Google review stating that "many diners find the burgers lacking in taste and portion size, leading to questions about the restaurant's value" is spot on. The bill included a 12.5% service charge, which was quickly reduced upon request.

I was there for the first time with my husband, and we were very pleased with the food and service. The food was delicious. My husband had ribs in a delicious sauce, and I had the idiot burger. Everything was served aesthetically and quite quickly. The drinks were also good. I recommend it, and we will definitely return.

I love coming back to this place. Cool atmosphere and, most importantly, good food. I love not only their delicious burgers (I haven't tried all of them on the menu yet), but also their salad with chicken and awesome sauce. I love it! They also have good drinks. The chefs really do a good job. I love all the chefs there that I had the pleasure of talking to, but the best chef, who makes burgers like something from a fairy tale, is Wojtek. I recommend it.

Didn't get as far as food so can't review. Restaurant was dark and dirty. First seat offered filthy asked for a different one and young guy said hadn't been cleaned yet. Next one in the corner could hardly read the menu it was so dark. Table was filthy so got up and left. Went to hard Rock cafe. Clean fast , good food and lovely staff.

I tried out one of their chicken burgers. The chicken was very dry and probably overcooked. I wouldn't recommend this place

Tonight, I took my nephew here for his birthday. We were instructed to scan a QR code and order through the website, so I did. I paid immediately, including a 12% gratuity tip—which felt questionable since we hadn’t even experienced any service yet. Prepare yourself: if you want to buy a can of Coke, you might need to take out a mortgage—£4.75 for a single can! Daylight robbery. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, which was a bit absurd, though not entirely unexpected. The food arrived shortly after, and let me tell you: after eating, you might find yourself searching for the nearest McDonald’s, as the burgers and the portion sizes of the fries (or loaded fries) were barely enough for a newborn. Overpriced and offering little value for money, the food was only barely average in taste. I ordered the “idiot burger” and left feeling like a complete idiot indeed, for wasting my money and time. Never again. Don’t go—don’t try—you will regret it.

Was there on a Friday night and had a really lovely experience! The food is really good but what stands out for me is the service. Had the chance to interact with guys from the kitchen and they were very nice with us!! Everyone is so attentive and service is very quick

The food was delicious, the portions are quite big so also great value and the service was amazing. We were able to order and get our food very quickly and they were really nice and attentive with our requests. The kitchen is open to the public so we were able to talk to the chefs and they were super nice. I will definitely go back again to try more things out of the menu.
